Fitness has been my lifelong obsession—growing up on the wrestling team taught me the grit of dedication, resilience, and an unbreakable work ethic that I still live by today (though I've traded the mat for the gym floor, thankfully with fewer pins!).
I love channeling that wrestling spirit into empowering clients on their fitness journeys, whether it's sculpting bodies through weight loss and bodybuilding programs or coaching sports teams to peak performance. BoBo’s own accomplishments speak volumes: National Drug-Free Powerlifting Champion, two-time USA National Bodybuilding Champion, and two-time World Bodybuilding Champion. Today, he also serves as a respected judge for professional bodybuilding, IFBB, and NPC competitions.

This experience ignited my deep-rooted passion for fitness and wellness, prompting me to transition from the beauty industry to the dynamic world of fitness.

I’ve been coaching for about 13 years now and I’m passionate about helping people. I don’t believe in personal training. I believe in holistic lifestyle change! It’s not what we do in life, it’s how we do it, for what reason, and how consistently we do it that’s makes all the difference.

I picked up my first tennis racket at age two and eventually played collegiate tennis at Benedict College, where I learned discipline, resilience, and teamwork; qualities that still guide me today. After college, I turned my love of movement into a career in personal training. I work with clients to build strength, improve performance, and develop healthy habits.
